11/20/20 COVID 19 Update

Edwardsville Care Center is happy to report we have been COVID free for several months. Per Madison County and Il. Public Health we are not allowing outdoor or indoor visits. We can have closed window visits. Currently, we are unable to participate in communal dining. All meals are served in the resident rooms. Restaurant foods may be delivered for the residents, no foods may be brought from home. Families may not do resident laundry at this time.
New residents must have a negative COVID test no more than 48 hours old and will be quarantined for 14 days after admission to ensure resident safety. We continue to test our staff and residents twice weekly. Edwardsville Care Center continues to meet or exceed all CDC and Public Health guidelines.

9/10/2020 COVID-19 Update

We are happy to we are COVID free at this time and have been for several weeks. We are accepting admissions, with a negative COVID test within 48 hours of admission. New residents or residents returning from a hospital, dialysis, or physician visit are quarantined for 14 days. All residents and staff are now being tested for the virus two times a week.  We are committed to providing the safest care possible and work hard every day to ensure we are earning the trust you deserve.

3/12/2020 COVID-19 Update -  Facility Visitors Not Permitted Until Further Notice

Under the direction of the Centers for Disease Control and the Illinois Department of Public Health, visitors will not be permitted due to the COVID 19 virus outbreak. This will begin on 03/12/2020 and will continue until further notice. There will be exceptions for hospice residents who are very near the end of life. For more information please call the facility directly.
